I'm Kayla, obviously. I have one sister, Katrina. I'd like to think that she and I are pretty close. We spend a lot of time together. Usually I have tons of homework in addition to band and Hogwarts Club stuff (when I can attend that) so I don't have much free time, but on the rare occasion that I do I'm reading in my big comfy chair, giggling with my sister, or playing with my many animals. After graduation I hope to be able to attend Marietta College where I'll major in Education Leadership and minor in either English or French-I haven't quite decided yet. I'm actually new to the newspaper this year and I must admit it's a little intimidating seeing as how I'm a senior and I've never had a journalsim class, but I've found over the past few years that getting involved with new things and challenging myself has made for a great highschool experience.

A lot of these entries are starting with "Hey guys", but I'd like to address the other obvious audience here; aliens. Hey aliens. Oh, and you gals out there too. Yeah. Anyways, my name is Christopher Kimble. I'm a writer for The Viking Press, and I'm a huge gamer who is very picky about movies and food. I really love spaghetti, but everyone I know seems to hate it. You now hold important knowledge. You can often find me reading random articles on the internet or geeking out over the next Sonic game. (Speaking of which, we have an adopted Hedgehog on the site named Hank. Definitely should have been named Sonic.) I'm also a huge Pixar fan, that's another important thing to know. As for my extracurricular activities, I was roped into band this year, I participate in this newspaper, and I plan on being active in Drama Club. Did I mention I enjoy acting? Well, technically I just did, so that's yet another base covered. I've been all over the place with this entry, but there's a surprising amount of info to go over with a person such as boring as me. If you'd like to talk, go to SEGA of America in California; you'll probably find me worshiping the sidewalk in front of the building.

Hey Guys, this is Taryn. I play football and am in the weightroom whenever I am not in football. I like to write stories, listen to music, and hang out with my friends in my free time. This will be my first year on staff for the Ripley Viking Press. I am looking forward to this year being on staff.
Hey guys! My name's Anni Ashworth and I am the proud editor of the News section of our paper. This will be my third and final year on the Ripley Viking Press, so I plan on making it as fun as possible. That's all I can think of saying at the moment but make sure to read all my stories!
