Locked and Coded escape rooms are located in Charleston. They have five rooms that are all themed differently. The goal is to get out of the room by figuring out the clues. Sometimes one room leads to another room. It's not just one room. Their most popular room is the jailbreak one. Many customers gave Jailbreak a difficulty level with nine out of ten.
“We asked the lady that worked at the front desk which one she would do and we chose the one that she picked,” said Jaysi.
They can be very exciting but also very aggravating.
“I participated in the escape room Jailbreak. It was a lot of fun. There were two rooms and you had an hour to get out. Unfortunately, we did not make it out. When the game was over a lady came in and told us everything that we had to do to get out,” said senior Jaysi Ludtman.
“All of us working together and going crazy trying to figure out the clues was fun,” said senior Zaya Settle.
Some people can’t make it out successfully. Others can.
“I also went through Jailbreak. It was confusing at some parts but it was a lot of fun. My group had 9 min left when we made it out, “ said junior Stormie Wilkinson.
“What made the escape room confusing was how all the clues were not really descriptive,” said junior Gage Parsons.
When people get out of the escape room customers can go get their picture taken with signs.
“Once we made it out we took a picture with signs that said “you made it”, said Wilkinson.
Locked and Coded is open from 6-11 pm. The time limit is one hour and it is $25.00 per person. In all of their rooms guests will be with a group from two people all the way to eight people. Locked and Coded has a lot of good reviews and high ratings, go check it out.
